(Grand Forks, ND)    A local teenager is behind bars for his alleged role in Saturday s multi-vehicle accident in Grand Forks.  Police say it all started when 18-year-old Austin Bicker blew past a stop sign on Cherry Street yesterday afternoon and T-boned a passing pickup truck.  Both vehicles then impacted a southbound SUV, which was shoved into a van.  Bicker reportedly left the scene before police arrived but was found a short time later.  As of last night, he remained in custody at the Grand Forks County Correctional Center on DUI and related charges.
