Grand Rapids Police are searching for a missing woman who has dementia and was last seen on December 8th.
The family of 82-year-old Marcella Palmer says she has not been seen or heard from since 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 8. Her family says that she was dropped off at her home located in the 2000 block of Southeast Rowland Avenue in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her family went to pick her up the following day at 5:00 p.m. and she along with her vehicle were nowhere to be found.
Marcella s vehicle is a silver 2018 Chevy Cruze 4-door with a Michigan plate 6-K-X-B-4-6. Marcella suffers from dementia-like symptoms, including memory loss and confusion. She also suffers from medical issues. Her family says that she has gone missing in the past and has previously been found in parking lots of grocery stores, usually a Meijer, or gas station parking lots.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. â Grand Rapids police are asking the public for help finding a missing 82-year-old woman that they say has dementia-like symptoms, including memory loss and confusion.
Marcella Palmer hasnât been seen or heard from since about 1 p.m. Tuesday, when she was dropped off at her home at 2049 Rowland Ave. SE, Apt. 1, on the southeast side of Grand Rapids.
Her family went to pick her up at her house at 5 p.m. Wednesday so she could be driven to a family event, but she wasnât there and her vehicle was gone.

Authorities in Grand Rapids are hoping the public can help them locate a missing 82-year-old woman.
Marcella Mae Palmer has not been seen or heard from since around 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 8.
According to Grand Rapids Police, Palmer was dropped off at her home on Rowland Avenue SE. Around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9, her family went to pick her up but she and her vehicle were gone.
Palmer suffers from dementia-like symptoms, including memory loss and confusion. She also suffers from other medical issues.
Palmer s family said based on similar events that have happened in the past, she may be in a grocery store or gas station parking lot likely Meijer.
