 Jemeila Brewer, 36, of Flint, was arraigned April 5 in Oakland County 52-2 District Court on a three-count warrant authorized by the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office. She is facing one count of second-degree homicide, operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing death and one count of failing to stop and identity herself at the accident resulting in death. Bond was set at $25,000 (10-percent). She is lodged in the Oakland County Jail pending further court proceedings.  Killed in the crash was a 48-year-old Swartz Creek man driving a motorcycle. Police did not release the victim’s name.  Jeremy Lintz, the North Oakland County Fire Authority (NOCFA) chief, said NOCFA responded to this crash at 3:30 a.m. on July 26, 2020.
