F3 Airport, which has experience managing one other airport’s operations, will take over full management of the county-operated Muskegon airport on April 1. It has already been phasing in its management since the beginning of the month.

Hay, 40, of Brooklyn, New York, was sentenced Friday, three months after he pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Hay exchanged sexually explicit emails with a 15-year-old in May 2010, while he was living in Wisconsin.
