After making a stop at a clinic at First Zion Baptist Church near Dumfries, the governor headed to Todos Supermarket in Marumsco Plaza. More than 400 people most of them Latinos, who have been most at risk by the virus lined up to get their shots. “I’m sorry I’m not able to understand you but thank you for what you’re doing,” Northam said to a Hispanic man and woman working at a registration desk at the clinic.
