The EC 130 complies with all new noise reduction regulations, including US Grand Canyon National Park standard. Eurocopter s Fenestron shrouded tail rotor substantially reduces the helicopter s noise levels. The EC 130 features a larger canopy with increased cabin visibility. The single-engine EC 130 B4 is the latest edition of Eurocopter’s Ecureuil (Squirrel) helicopter family of light multi-mission helicopters. The helicopter can seat six or seven passengers and has a range of 640km and cruise speed of 235km/h.

Urban Aeronautics to provide 4 CitiHawk VTOL aircraft to Hatzolah Air for EMS application Israel-based Urban Aeronautics Ltd. reached an agreement to provide four CityHawk VTOL aircraft to Hatzolah Air for emergency medical service (EMS) applications. In addition, Hatzolah Air will become Urban Aeronautics’ official sales representative and distribution channel to other EMS and Rescue organizations worldwide. In August 2020, the two companies signed an MOU to develop, produce, and market the CityHawk aircraft for EMS applications. CityHawk is a lightweight twin-engine VTOL (vertical take-off and landing aircraft), with a uniquely compact footprint that can be optimized for urban transportation or emergency response. It will utilize jet propulsion, with cabins that are 20 to 30% larger and much quieter than comparable helicopters. The aircraft is planned to complete its development and FAA certification for EMS use and be ready for production within three to five years.

This move blocks previously agreed deals for use of Western parts and equipment in Russian defense products.
