What is the methodology?
U.S. News & World Report considers six factors including math and reading proficiency, graduation rates and college readiness weights them, and produces an overall score for each school between zero and 100.
The score correlates to a schools’ percentile for example, a school with a score of 70 is in the 70th percentile and ranks higher than 70% of schools.

What are the best high schools in New York state? U.S. News and World Report has released its 2021 rankings of nearly 24,000 public high schools nationwide, including 1,281 schools in the Empire State.
Five schools in Central New York made the top 100, led by New Hartford Senior High School for the third year in a row. New Hartford ranked No. 67 across the state with a 100% graduation rate and a 59.2 college readiness score.

The parking lot was nearly full with people, some standing outside in the warm sun Tuesday at the CVS Pharmacy on West Pearl Street in Coldwater.
Many from outside of Branch County were waiting for scheduled appointments inside to receive a Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.
Store employees said they were told late last week, local staff would begin administering the one-shot vaccine beginning Monday morning. The employee checking in clients said staff had been trained for the program.
All CVS appointments must be made online at CVS.com.
One employee had been part of the nursing home and extended care vaccination program for residents and staff in January. Federal and state health agencies partnered with CVS and Walgreens to manage and facilitate safe vaccination of this patient and staff population
