Second arrest made in fatal Baldwin shooting

Deputies have made a second arrest in a fatal shooting Sunday morning in Baldwin.
As the investigation progressed, an arrest warrant was obtained for 50-year-old Roshonda Thomas of Franklin. Thomas was arrested on Tuesday, May 4, shortly after 4 p.m., and is facing a charge of accessory after the fact - second degree murder.
Thomas was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail has not yet been set.
Deputies arrested Anthony Hills in connection with the shooting on Sunday after he turned himself in to the Jeanerette Marshal s Office. He is facing a charge of second degree murder. Bail has been set at $1 million.

Sheriff Blaise Smith says Notto faces the following charges:
• Possession of schedule I (marijuana) with intent to distribute
• Possession of schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids) with intent to distribute
• Possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felony
• Possession of firearm in the presence of a CDS
• Possession of schedule I THC edibles
• Transactions involving drug proceeds
Reginald Layton was arrested after a K9 deputy with St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Dept. found illegal drugs and a pistol in Layton's vehicle during a traffic stop.

FRANKLIN, La. (WAFB) - A part-time/reserve officer with the Franklin Police Department has been arrested on six counts of crime against nature, according to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith.
The officer, Travis Jasmire Royce Williams, 32, and his wife, Sherelle Sherise Williams, 37, were arrested around 9:10 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, authorities say.
