There is still time to register for the Western Dredging Association (WEDA) Virtual Dredging Summit ’21.
The 2021 Virtual Dredging Summit is a technical meeting organized by WEDA to promote the exchange of knowledge in fields related to dredging, navigation, marine engineering, and construction.
The summit will consist of a series of technical and award presentations on June 15, 16, and 17th from 1 to 5 EST.
The presentations featured at this virtual summit are technical papers to be shared for the advancement of the science and profession of dredging, navigation and marine engineering.

One of the primary goals and objectives is to recognize individuals and organizations for outstanding engineering and operational achievements in dredging science and technology.

Next week, Western Dredging Association (WEDA) will hold their next webinar, Reservoir Sediment Dredging for Long-Term Management on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, from 1 to 3 PM EST.
During this webinar, WEDA, the Bureau of Reclamation, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and HeroX will present an update on the WEDA and WODA working groups on reservoir dredging and five emerging technologies for reservoir sediment removal.
The five emerging technologies are Phase 1 winners of Reclamation and USACE’s “Guardians of the Reservoir Challenge”.
