The 2021 rankings assessed 475 universities from around the world under 50 years old, with the University building on its 2020 rank of 36 th and 2019 rank of 58 th. Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Barney Glover AO said the result reflected the institution’s world-class research, teaching and engagement, and is testament to the sustained efforts of the University community, particularly during the challenges to the sector over the last 18 months.
