State police said Tamiir Ion Whitted, 29, is charged with first-degree murder, third-degree murder, aggravated assault and several related charges for the death of Orwigsburg resident George Marcincin. Marcincin was found after 2 p.m. at the intersection Route 61 and Brick Hill Road. He had multiple stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, state police said.
