Taipei, June 14 (CNA) Taiwan on Monday reported 185 new cases of COVID-19, all of which were domestically transmitted, as well as 15 deaths from the disease, according to the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC).
The new cases raised the total number in the country to 13,106, of which 11,358 are domestic infections recorded since May 15, the first day the country reported over 100 cases since the outbreak began in early 2020.
The 15 fatalities were nine men and six women, in their 50s to 90s, who passed away between June 5 and June 13, the CECC said.

TAIPEI (Taiwan News) The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) on Monday (June 14) announced 185 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 15 deaths.
The CECC pointed out that of the 185 new cases, 83 were male and 102 were female, ranging in age from under five to over 99 years old. They began to suffer the onset of symptoms between May 28 and June 13.
Regarding the new cases, New Taipei City reported the most at 98, while Taipei City had the second-highest number at 42. Among other municipalities with significant cases was Keelung City with 14, Taoyuan City with 10, and Miaoli County with seven.
