Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], February 10 (ANI): The office of the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) which has the objective of increasing digital economy contribution to Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) to 30 per cent was inaugurated and the Beyond Bengaluru report which facilitates to achieve this target was launched on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Dr CN Ashwatha Narayana said, The government wanted KDEM to be more industry-friendly and keeping this in mind it has allowed for 51 per cent stakes to industry associations while retaining a minority holding of 49 per cent for itself. New Delhi, Feb 9 : Rajasthan has become the 12th state in the country to successfully undertake One Nation One Ration Card reform stipulated by the Union Finance Ministry.
With this, the state has become eligible to mobilise additional financial resources of Rs 2,731 crore through Open Market Borrowings. Permission for the same has been issued by the Department of Expenditure.
Rajasthan has now joined 11 other states namely, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Tripura and Uttar Pradesh, who have completed this reform.
