DELAPLAINE, Ark. (KAIT) - Two people are confirmed dead after a vehicle/train crash in Delaplaine, according to Greene County Sheriff Steve Franks.
Crews were at the scene Friday evening.

Franks said it appeared that the driver made a left turn onto Highway 280 and was struck by the oncoming train. Authorities said the crossing lights were flashing and that there were no guard rails on the track.

JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) - Jonesboro police search for a hit-and-run driver after one driver is airlifted to a hospital.
A medical helicopter responded to the crash with âvery serious injuriesâ in North Jonesboro.
Jonesboro E911 Director Jeff Presley says the crash happened in the 300 block of East Word Street.
The Billâs Cost Plus Supermarket parking lot at East Johnson Avenue and Main Street was set up as a landing zone.
