A seven-year-old schoolboy from East Yorkshire hopes to achieve new heights next week when he attempts the final leg of his Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge.
The team taking on the Three Peaks Challenge A DARLINGTON husband and wife business-duo raised a further £1,100 for a hospital charity after completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge and already donating £3,500. Nicky and Mark, who both run their Darlington-based business HR2day Limited and MN Consultancy, decided to support County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust s Charity throughout 2021. Through their respective companies they have already donated £3,500 to bring a project to get children s views on the care they had received to life. Now, the adventurous couple have tackled the Yorkshire Three Peaks, scaling Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in under 13 hours to raise funds for the hospital charity.
