The Town of Yucca Valley has announced the launch of a free transportation program to COVID-19 vaccination and testing sites through a partnership with Morongo Basin Transit Authority. Reporter Joshua King has more details… Yucca Valley residents who need transportation to and from the San Bernardino County’s COVID-19 testing site at the Joe Davis Community Center in Twentynine Palms and the county’s vaccination site at Copper Mountain College should contact the MBTA at 760-366-2395. Transportation will be provided from the resident’s home to the vaccine or testing site with a return home at no cost to the rider.
