An examination of a young Rockhampton man’s mobile phone revealed he had been supplying marijuana to various customers on 12 occasions.
Reagen Dallas Stanleigh Bashford, 25, pleaded guilty in Rockhampton District Court on January 15, to 12 counts of supplying a dangerous drug, and one count each of possessing a dangerous drug and possessing property suspected of having been used in connection with a drug offence.
Crown prosecutor Harriet Hall-Pearce said police intercepted Bashford driving along Musgrave St, Rockhampton, on May 31, 2020, for a licence check and random breath test.
Ms Hall-Pearce said despite police activating their lights and sirens several times and there being ample opportunity to pull over, Bashford continued driving.

A man who tortured and raped a woman in North Rockhampton in October 2019 has changed his plea after entering pleas of not guilty to four offences in Rockhampton District Court on January 18.
The defendant, who cannot be named due to legal reasons, initially pleaded not guilty to three counts of rape (domestic violence offence) and one count of torture (domestic violence offence).
After an hour of discussion with his legal representative, Barrister Jordan Ahlstrand, the defendant changed his pleas to guilty.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of rape (domestic violence offence) and one count of torture (domestic violence offence).
An alleged racial slur provoked a Rockhampton man to punch another man multiple times at a rugby league grand final at Browne Park stadium in 2018, a court has heard. Tre Raven John Richards, 27, pleaded guilty in Rockhampton District Court on January 13 to one count of assault occasioning bodily harm. Crown prosecutor Edward Fleetwood said both Richards and the victim, who were unknown to each other, had attended the rugby league grand final played between Rockhampton Brothers and Yeppoon Seagulls at Browne Park on September 1, 2018. Mr Fleetwood said near the end of the match the victim and Richards walked past each other, and Richards believed he heard the victim make a racial slur when asking him to move.
