CM Hemant Soren (TOI File Photo) RANCHI: Chief minister Hemant Soren on Friday urged denizens of the city to leave a five-foot area in front of their land so that the government can make Ranchi a sustainable, clean and world-class city with hassle-free mobility. Appealing for citizen’s participation in the infrastructure development of the city, Soren said, “There are several areas in the state capital which cannot be accessed easily by emergency vehicles as the roads aren’t wide enough. To do away with these problems, I would request citizens to leave at least five feet in front of their land so that necessary urban infrastructure could be constructed by the government and make it a world-class city.”
