igh-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General. He was convicted in 1997 of indecent exposure in Ramsey County Juvenile Court in North Dakota. Authorities said Gores exposed himself to a 12-year-old boy.
Authorities said Gores has a long history of unadjudicated sexual offenses, has repeatedly failed treatment and has sexually reoffended while in residential treatment programs.
