Minnesota Trump supporter pleads guilty in attack over sign May 26, 2021 FacebookTwitterEmail MINNEAPOLIS (AP) A suburban Minneapolis man accused of attacking an elderly couple after spotting them holding an anti-Donald Trump sign after the election has pleaded guilty. Mark Anthony Ulsaker, 50, of Lino Lakes, pleaded guilty in Ramsey County District Court Tuesday to two counts of threats of violence. Authorities say Ulsaker swung a golf club at them and punched the man in the head. In exchange for the plea, prosecutors agreed to drop two felony assault charges, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported. The two sides have not agreed on a sentencing recommendation.

Marlon V. Walker of St. Paul was charged in Ramsey County District Court with second-degree murder in connection with the shooting of Tyreese Harris, 45, of Burnsville, outside the Foundry Pub in the 1200 block of Jackson Street on April 25. Harris died the following day at Regions Hospital. Walker was arrested Wednesday outside a hotel in the 7700 block of S. Lyndale Avenue in Richfield. He appeared in court Thursday and remains jailed in lieu of $1.5 million bail. Court records do not list an attorney for him.

Author: Credit: Ramsey County Jail A murder charge has been field in Ramsey County District Court against a 29-year-old man for the death of a man outside the Foundry Pub in St. Paul. Marlon Vincent Walker, of St. Paul has been charged with unintentional second-degree murder in connection to the shooting death of Tyreese W. Harris on April 25. Walker was arrested outside a Richfield hotel on Wednesday.  According to a criminal complaint, Walker backed a Ford Fusion into a parking spot near Foundry Pub. He parked next to a 2007 Mercedes, which was being driven by Harris. After parking, Walker is seen on surveillance video getting out of his car and approach the car, at which point Harris opened his door and a struggle ensued.

Charges: 29-year-old shot, killed man outside St. Paul bar April 25 By FOX 9 Staff article The Foundry Bar, in St. Paul s North End, was the scene of a deadly shooting in the parking lot April 25.  According to the St. Paul Police Department, Tyreese Harris was shot outside The Foundry Bar on Sunday, April 25 during an altercation with Marlon Walker, 29. Walker is now charged with one felony count of second-degree murder in the case.  Wednesday, Walker was arrested in Richfield, Minnesota outside a hotel.  According to the charges filed in Ramsey County District Court, the shooting occurred before 11 p.m. Upon arrival, police found Harris struggling with a gunshot wound to his stomach. He died later at Regions Hospital.
