MOSINEE, Wis., March 5, 2021 /PRNewswire/ SCS Real Estate announces that Samantha Cricks has joined the company as managing broker. SCS Real Estate is the real estate entity for S.C. Swiderski, LLC, a regional leader in real estate development which has over a half billion dollars of residential projects in development.
Samantha Cricks has nearly 15 years of management experience. She started her real estate career in Madison in 2002 and has been selling in the Wausau market since 2018. She will handle recruiting and training agents, business development, policies and compliance SCS Real Estate.

Billed as "Oklahoma's first mixed-use development" and "an all-in-one community where residents can work, shop, dine and play without leaving the complex," Chisholm Creek will see construction start in June on a 240-unit luxury apartment complex as yet unnamed.
Rockwood Capital, a Dallas-based, family-owned firm that focuses on multifamily development and acquisitions, will develop the apartments at Chisholm Creek, southwest of N Western Avenue and Kilpatrick Turnpike.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. Leeds West Groups (LWG) has acquired the property for an Albuquerque Big O Tires retail store that LWG has operated since September 2019. This capital investment into LWG Real Estate Division marks the 38th transaction of its type within the last 20 months, the company said. The real estate was purchased from Max Martinez and Juan Tabo Properties L.L.C.
The purchase price and deal terms were not disclosed. The store is located on Juan Tabo Boulevard in eastern Albuquerque.
