16 charged after police raid Reading properties in drugs bust

File photo Ten men from Reading have been charged with drug crimes following police raids in the town. Officers from Thames Valley Police stormed 18 addresses in Reading on Wednesday (February 3), as well as seven addresses across Blackburn, Sunderland, Birmingham and London, in a major drugs bust tackling organised crime. In total, 16 men have been charged. These are the charges: Indrit Hululea, 28, of Elm Park, Reading - conspiring to produce cannabis, conspiring to supply a class B controlled drug, conspiring to conceal/disguise/convert/transfer or remove criminal property and possession with intent to supply a drug of class A (cocaine).

A lorry driver was jailed for causing a crash that left two police officers with life-changing injuries.
