The City of Lubbock Public Health Department will offer an additional 500 first doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine on each of this weekâs remaining clinic dates.

Thursday, April 15, 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, April 17, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
To schedule an appointment for dose one of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, visit mylubbock.info/covid19vaccine or call the Public Health Department at 806.775.2933. There will also be a limited number of walk-up appointments available on a first-come, first-served basis.

(NEWS RELEASE) - The Texas Department of State Health Services has allocated a supply of Johnson & Johnson single dose COVID-19 vaccine to the Public Health Department, as well as a limited quantity of additional doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.
The City of Lubbock will hold vaccination clinics offering both vaccines this week at the following times:

NEWS RELEASE) - Wednesdayâs COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center will accept 300 on-site reservations. Citizens can register from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Preference will be given to individuals that are 50 years of age and older.
There are still appointments available for Thursday and Saturdayâs clinics through Select-A-Seat.
The Texas Department of State Health Services has allocated additional doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to the Public Health Department.
