Man charged with murder of Pennsylvania Amish girl after clothing found By Louis Casiano Justo Smoker (Credit: Lancaster County District Attorney s Office), Linda Stoltzfoos (Credit: FBI) LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. - A 34-year-old man has been charged in the abduction and death of a Pennsylvania Amish teenager who was last seen on Father s Day.  Justo Smoker was charged with the June 21 kidnapping of Linda Stoltzfoos, 18, in July when he was taken into police custody. On Monday, prosecutors charged him with her murder, the Lancaster County District Attorney s  Office said.  Stoltzfoos body has not been recovered but authorities believe Smoker abducted her while she was walking home from church.

Updated: 5:31 PM EST December 22, 2020 A Texas man flies to Lancaster County to attack his ex-girlfriend after she leaves the state to get away from him according to investigators.  Tomas Martinez-Martinez, 35, was arrested Monday at BWI, on his way back to Texas, after attacking the woman in West Hempfield Township.  According to the Lancaster County District Attorney s office, he and the woman were previously in a relationship, but she came to Lancaster County to get away from him and visit family.  Martinez-Martinez followed the woman, and attacked her at a house on Quarry Road.  Investigators say he threatened to kill her children, punched and strangled the woman. He also broke her cell phone so she couldn t call police.

Texas man flew to Lancaster County to attack ex-girlfriend, prosecutors say PennLive.com 12/22/2020 Jenna Wise, pennlive.com A man flew from Texas to Pennsylvania so he could punch, strangle and threaten his ex-girlfriend and her family, Lancaster County authorities said. Tomas Martinez-Martinez was taken into custody Monday at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport in Maryland. The 35-year-old is charged with felony counts of strangulation and intimidating a witness, as well as misdemeanor counts of simple assault and terroristic threats. Prosecutors said Martinez-Martinez threatened to kill his ex-girlfriend’s children, and punched and strangled her at a home on Quarry Road in West Hempfield Township.
