Variety reports that after Britneyâs new lawyer,
Matthew Rosengart, filed a petition to officially replace Mr. Spears as the conservator of her estate, the conservator of Britney herself,
Jodi Montgomery, has filed documents agreeing that Jamie Spears should be removed.
According to
Variety, the document notes that Montgomery â whoâs in charge of Britneyâs well-being and coordinates with her doctors â agrees that âJamie Spears should not continue to act as ⦠Conservator of the Estate, because his doing so is not in the best interest ofâ of Britney. The document also says that the singerâs âmedical team agrees that it is not in the best interest of [Britney] for Mr. Spears to remain Conservator.â

Deputy District Attorney Shawn Randolph’s Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit, filed July 27, seeks unspecified damages.
A representative for the District Attorney’s Office did not immediately reply to a request for comment.
At the time of Gascon’s election, Randolph was the head prosecutor in charge of the District Attorney’s Office’s juvenile division, in which she supervised about 50 lawyers and 50 civilian workers, the suit states.
On Feb. 1, she was transferred the parole division, a “dead-end position for a head deputy,” the suit states.
Randolph was denied transfers to head the District Attorney’s branch offices in Torrance and Long Beach Superior Courts even though she was the most qualified applicant for each position, the suit states.

LOS ANGELES (AP) â Scarlett Johansson is suing the Walt Disney Co. over its streaming release of âBlack Widow,â which she said breached her contract and deprived her of potential earnings.
In a lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the âBlack Widowâ star and executive producer said her contract guaranteed an exclusive theatrical release. The Wall Street Journal first reported the news of the lawsuit.
Johanssonâs potential earnings were tied to the box office performance of the film, which the company released simultaneously in theaters and on its streaming service Disney+ for a $30 rental.

Actor Scarlett Johansson sued Disney on Thursday, saying the company s decision to simultaneously release Black Widow in theaters and on the Disney+ was a breach of contract that cost her millions of dollars.
ADVERTISEMENT According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the simultaneous release drove audiences to the streaming platform, lessening box office receipts. Deadline reported that Johansson s compensation for the Marvel movie was largely . based on box office receipts, which included bonuses for her if it hit certain monetary milestones.
Black Widow, which was released July 9, earned $80 million in North American theaters on opening day and another $78 million. The movie took in $60 million on Disney+.
