Jack Liam Garrett, 21, was in a friend s VW Golf which had false registration plates. George Williams is said to have attempted it in Peterborough on February 26 after previously contacting her on at least one occasion. The pensioner, of Alma Avenue, is charged with attempting to meet a girl under 16 following grooming.
