London, 6 April 2021: Libya and Italy discussed health cooperation yesterday ahead of the visit by Italian prime minister Mario Draghi to Tripoli today. The discussion took place between Libya’s Minister of Health Ali Zanati at his Tripoli office and Italian ambassador to Libya Giuseppe Buccino Grimaldi. The Health Minister emphasized the depth of relations between Libya and Italy, government, and people, and praised the efforts made in treating patients in the past and stressed the importance of cooperation between the Libyan Ministry of Health and its counterpart from the Italian side.
