NNA - The Embassy of India in Lebanon on Tuesday made a donation of office equipment to the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in light of the devastation caused by August 4 blasts in Beirut.
The donation was handed over by Ambassador Dr Suhel Ajaz Khan to the Lebanese MOFA Today. The equipment were received by Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Charbel Wehbi. H.E. International and global organizations and world countries have condemned the terrorist attack against a fuel transport ship in Jeddah Port, Saudi Arabia.
A fuel transport ship was attacked by an explosive-laden boat in the fuel terminal in Jeddah, early on Monday, the Kingdom’s Ministry of Energy announced.
The United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Lebanon have strongly condemned the terrorist attack, affirming their solidarity with the kingdom against these destabilizing terrorist attacks and every threat to its security and the security of global navigation and trade.
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said the attack is “new evidence of terrorist groups’ endeavors to undermine regional security and stability.”
DUBAI: Arab nations condemned what has been labeled as a “terrorists attack” on an oil tanker as it unloaded fuel at Jeddah port.
A small boat laden with explosives targeting on the Singapore-flagged BW Rhine, which was carrying 60,000 tons of gasoline, causing an explosion and a fire on board.
The ship’s crew put out the fire and there were no casualties, but parts of the vessel’s hull were damaged.
Kuwait expressed its strong condemnation of the attack, stating that the continuation of “these terrorist acts” on Saudi Arabia threaten the stability of the region, state news agency SPA reported.
