Gov. Ralph Northam today announced that Walraven, Inc., a global installation company, will invest $7.15 million to relocate its U.S. headquarters and manufacturing operation from Cadillac, Michigan, to Danville-Pittsylvania County.
The company will occupy the Cane Creek Shell Building in Cane Creek Centre, a joint industrial park for the City of Danville and Pittsylvania County. Virginia successfully competed with Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee for the project, which will create 46 new jobs. Gov. Northam also met with the company CEO in Frankfurt, Germany during his international marketing mission to Europe last month.

Four years after establishing its first U.S. office in Ashburn, Irish data center power company Hanley Energy is expanding that investment in Loudoun County.
The company, which providespowermanagement services to data centers around the world,is leasing a 36,600-square-foot light industrial building on Russell Branch Parkway from Merritt Properties. Construction is scheduled to begin this month for occupancy early in 2022.
The building will serve as its U.S. headquarters as well as a manufacturing and assembly plant.

One Columbus Circle was formally renamed Deutsche Bank Center on Monday as the bank prepares to move its North American Headquarters into the building later this year.
Senior leadership from Deutsche Bank Americas and Related Companies unveiled the new marquee. The new headquarters will be home to nearly 5,000 Deutsche Bank employees occupying over one million square feet of office space in building when it begins its official opening in July.
The bank, which is relocating from Wall Street, signed a 25-year lease for one million square feet of office space in the building in 2018. It will occupying all but one floor of the property.
