MPs have summoned a government official to be quizzed over a ‘suppressed’ report on the issue of compensating victims of Libya-IRA terrorism. William Shawcross was appointed as UK Special Representative on victims of Col Gaddafi-sponsored IRA terrorism in March 2019.
