A body was recovered from the North Saskatchewan River Sunday morning, though officials say it is not that of a swimmer who went missing late Friday.
Matt Pretty, spokesperson with Edmonton Fire Rescue, said a 911 call came in around 10:45 a.m. after someone aboard an LRT train crossing the river spotted a body on the riverbank near the High Level Bridge.
