Over 3,500 kgs of biomedical waste collected from homes of Covid patients: North Delhi Mayor
North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) lifted about 3,599.51 kgs of biomedical waste from quarantine centres and homes of Covid-19 patients between 23 April and 23 May.

North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) collected about 3,599 kgs of biomedical waste and 11,438 kgs of common waste from 40,645 quarantine centres and homes of Covid-19 patients between 23 April and 23 May, North Delhi Mayor Jai Prakash said on Wednesday.
There are three hospitals - Hindu Rao, the Rajan Babu Institute of Pulmonary Medicine and Tuberculosis and the Girdhari Lal Maternity hospital in Delhi which are operated by the North MCD.Jai
