An odd regret for a man who has regularly prepared and overseen a $4.2 million budget.
But it was his struggles in that course early in his time at Moravian College that convinced Roy Seiple, a West Easton kid who graduated in 1973 from Wilson Area High School, to change direction.
He gave up business and tried criminal justice.
Among his classmates? Former Allentown police chief and current Lehigh County Sheriff Joe Hanna. Long-time Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli was another Class of 1977 graduate of the soon-to-be Bethlehem university.
Update:
York County Coroner Pam Gay released the name of the toddler who drowned on Sunday as Kamdyn Torres, 2.
Kamdyn would have turned 3 on Friday.
His cause and manner of death are pending additional investigation, according to Gay.
Previous report:
A nearly two-hour search for a missing 2-year-old boy concluded Sunday in North York when the boy was found unresponsive in a storm water tunnel, according to Northern York County Regional Police.
First responders administered live-saving measures to the child, but he was pronounced dead at York Hospital that night, police said.
This was the second drowning of a child in York County within the past two weeks. The first was the death of an 11-year-old boy who drowned in the Codorus Creek in Jackson Township on March 25.
