One person is in critical condition following an early morning fire at the North Bay Golden Age Club seniors facility.
Firefighters responded to the call at 1:38 a.m. and, on arrival, discovered a fire in an eighth-floor unit.

The tenant of the apartment and the tenant’s dog were rescued, and the fire was confined to the unit.
Paramedics treated and transported two residents to hospital and assessed several other residents at the scene.
