Private 1st Class Marc Siegler (West Virginia National Guard) Private 1st Class Marc Siegler, 20, of Martinsburg, died Wednesday. The National Guard noted Siegler was not on duty status at the time of his death. Siegler joined the West Virginia Army National Guard in 2019. Siegler was not on duty or in a duty status at the time of death, Crane said. The cause of death is under investigation by local authorities.
