The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit reported two new cases of COVID-19 Wednesday – both in Parry Sound District – and none that have resolved.
The cases – the health unit’s 266th and 267th – both involve individuals between 60 and 79 years of age, who were exposed to COVID-19 through community transmission, meaning they have no travel history, their cases are not associated with an ongoing outbreak and they have had no known contact with a confirmed case.

The new cases bring the health unit’s active case numbers up to seven from five Tuesday.
