(Shutterstock) In early April, the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business magazine published its second benchmark report on female leadership, “Women Lead Here.” The report offered a more positive counterpoint to earlier reporting by the Globe in its “Power Gap” series, which exposed the lack of gender equity throughout the Canadian public and private sectors. In a nutshell, the series confirmed that women continue to be “outnumbered, outranked, and out-earned” in most Canadian institutions.
