Geely Okavango charges into Year of the Ox with new variant

SGAP shares that the Okavango Urban Plus is the variant that carries additional bells and whistles many of Filipino customers have apparently been asking for. The highlighted new amenities are: A beautiful, 60-inch panoramic sunroof, a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel, and Adaptive Drive Beam (ADB) matrix LED headlamps. This higher-end variant sells for a rather convincing P1,478,000 as of the moment.

Nissan updates the Terra VL for 2021

Published February 8, 2021, 12:34 PM Nissan starts the new year with an updated Nissan Terra VL variant. For 2021, mid-size SUV gets enhanced exterior and interior styling. Among the changes on the exterior are a gloss black front radiator grille, gloss black front bumper and fog lamp accents, and gloss black door handles and door mirrors. It also has a dark chrome rear license plate finisher, gloss black side steps, and gloss black alloy wheels. The new interior features dark chrome accents and dual-tone leather seat trims. The Terra VL comes equipped with a range of Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies, among them is the Nissan Advanced Display Audio.

Philippine sales fall almost 40% in 2020

(CAMPI), Association of Vehicle Importers and Distributors, Inc. (AVID), and Truck Manufacturers Association (TMA). This figure represents a hefty 40% decline from the 2019 total of 457,110 vehicles sold. ILLUSTRATION BY: JOY D. DAGUN CAMPI, TMA CAMPI and TMA reported a joint sales total of 27,596 units last December growing 19.1% over the previous month’s 23,162. The December 2020 figure is 18.1% below the 33,715 units sold over the same period in 2019.
