When authorities added a roundabout over a junction in Rowan County, Kentucky, the results are like something off a classic You ve Been Framed clip - complete with funny music.
The video shot by Walker Construction shows the cars in question going bonkers and taking the wrong exits, the wrong way round and practically driving blindfolded.
