Federal, state, local authorities search for missing 10-year-old Walworth girl December 14, 2020 5:36 PM Site staff Updated: Jocelyn Van Duyn The Walworth Police Department was notified Sunday morning that Jocelyn Van Duyn was missing from an address on Fox Lane, near North Main Street in the village of Walworth, which is in extreme southeast Wisconsin, near Milwaukee and Racine, on the Illinois border. Jocelyn was last seen at about 8 p.m. Saturday at her residence. Jocelyn, who is about 5-feet-3 and weighs about 140 pounds, and was wearing a white shirt with an image of the Eiffel Tower on it, black pants and dark colored tennis shoes. She has hazel eyes and brown, shoulder-length hair.
