Squaring off in court are two would-be heirs to the Bell legacy (he died in 2018). One is a Texas DJ named David Rubini. The other is a Hoboken resident and anti-face mask crusader Michael Marshalek, who was recently involved in a police standoff. Rubini is demanding master recordings of some of Bell s shows, which he claims that Marshalek improperly acquired, plus $5 million in damages.

As winter turns to spring, the “Winter Hexagon” and the popular constellations of Orion and Taurus sink lower in the west, leaving an arc of stars formed by Procyon, Pollux, Castor, and Capella. All month the planet Mars is easily visible, appearing between the two constellations.
In the coming months, Mars, along with all its neighbors, will continue to sink lower in the west. If you have trouble picking out which “star” is actually Mars, the planet appears a little brighter than Pollux and a little dimmer than Castor and has a distinct, reddish tone. By the middle of April, the two will be in a straight line with and half way between Betelgeuse and Capella.

Ever since 2I/Borisov was first discovered, astronomers have been fascinated with this interstellar comet. With new information being discovered about the comet, experts have confidentially called it the most “pristine” space object that’s ever been studied.
Astronomers don’t think that 2I/Borisov ever traveled close to any star (other than our sun) which means that its composition of gas and dust was completely pure and original. When comets travel close to stars, they can become altered or degraded by the sun’s radiation and heat. Stefano Bagnulo, who is from the Armagh Observatory and Planetarium, Northern Ireland, UK, and who led the new study, stated, “2I/Borisov could represent the first truly pristine comet ever observed.”
