Wallasey was recently named as one of the most sought after property hotspots - and houses are being snapped up within days of being advertised.
And people are so keen to be able to snap up a house, Rightmove’s property expert Tim Bannister said some buyers are choosing to sell up first so that they are not part of a chain when they want to snap up their next dream home.

Obviously, I want to ensure that the shares I buy have sustainable payments over time.
