Their first show back will be “Cinderella,” which will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 8, at Memorial Auditorium. The full-length performance will feature WFBT company dancers along with Sam Jones, a guest artist from the Oklahoma City Ballet. “I feel it is the beginning of our first steps as a company trying to return towards some sense normalcy,” said Executive Director Valentine Liberatore. “After a year and a half of not dancing on that big stage, I know the company dancers will be thrilled to be back in the limelight. I personally can’t wait to see the show this weekend, and I think our audience will feel their joy as they’re returning to the stage.”
