New Delhi: Adani Enterprises has signed a concession pact for three airports in Jaipur, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram. The company informed in a regulatory filing on Tuesday that the concession period for operating the three airports is 50 years from the commercial operation date.
The regulatory filing stated, Adani Jaipur International Airport Limited, Adani Guwahati International Airport Limited and Adani Thiruvananthapuram International Airport Limited, wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company have signed the Concession Agreement on 19th January 2021 with Airports Authority of India for the Operations, Management and development of Jaipu

Adani Jaipur International Airport Limited, Adani Guwahati International Airport Limited and Adani Thiruvananthapuram International Airport Limited, wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company have signed the Concession Agreement on 19th January, 2021 with Airports Authority of India for the Operations. Management and development of Jaipur, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram Airports respectively.
The concession period is 50 years from the commercial operation date.

Signs agreement with AAI for Thiruvananthapuram, Guwahati and Jaipur airports The Airports Authority of India (AAI) on Tuesday signed three Concession Agreements for Operations, Management and Development of Guwahati, Jaipur and Thiruvananthapuram airports through the public-private-partnership (PPP) mode with the Adani Group.
In a statement, AAI said the concessionaires are required to take up the Guwahati, Jaipur and Thiruvananthapuram airports, fulfilling certain conditions within 180 days from Tuesday, and will operate, manage and develop the airports for the next 50 years, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the agreements.
