Kandiyohi County charities to receive a late Christmas gift from light display The 2020 season for the Celebrate the Light of the World light display at Robbins Island had a very successful fundraising year, bringing in more than $117,000. All of the proceeds will be evenly split between the Willmar Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity of West Central Minnesota, Kandiyohi County Food Shelf and the United Way of West Central Minnesota. 7:03 pm, Jan. 7, 2021 × Visitors to the Celebrate the Light of the World holiday light display at Robbins Island Regional Park in Willmar donated over $117,400 dollars to Habitat for Humanity, the Kandiyohi County Food Shelf, United Way and Salvation Army during the 2020 season.
