Three Alumni Join Delaware Valley University’s Board Posted on May 4, 2021 Phil Luccarelli 83, Jeff Marshall 00 and Hakim Richard Savoy 90 were elected to DelVal s Board. Three alumni – Phil Luccarelli ’83, Jeff Marshall ’00, and Hakim Richard Savoy ’90 – have been named to Delaware Valley University’s Board of Trustees recently.  “We are proud to welcome three alumni who have achieved a great deal of success in their fields to the University’s Board,” said DelVal President Dr. Maria Gallo. “Phil, Jeff, and Hakim will provide valuable insight as we pursue DelVal’s strategic goals.
