A disciplinary hearing is being held at the Wellington District Court this week, where he s facing several charges.
Five of them relate to multiple accounts of alleged sexual assault of staffers, at a Christmas party in 2015.
Two others relate to an informal celebration at the man s house, where he s accused of inappropriately kissing and touching a clerk in a sauna.
