A woman in Osun State has narrated how a drunk police officer allegedly used an armoured tank to run over her two children.
Oluwatoyin Adetona told the
Osun State Judicial Panel of Enquiry sitting in Osogbo, on Thursday, that her children were killed by the officer simply identified as Agada.
The incident happened in front of her house at D112, Egbe Idi Ilesa in 2015, on a Sunday, as they prepared to go to church.

The Chief of Protocol to Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State, Tosin Ogunbodede has lost his life in a fatal road accident.
Ogunbodede, a close aide of the governor was said to have died in an accident that occurred on Saturday night along Ilesha highway.
The accident also claimed the life of his driver.
The duo were rushed to the Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa where they were said to have been confirmed died.
Another occupant of the car whose identity is not available to the media is said to be in a critical condition.
Ogunbodede, a lawyer and former staff of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, was appointed as Chief of Protocol, COP, by Ondo Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu on assumption of office in 2017.

The Chief Of Protocol to Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State, Mr Tosin Ogunbodede on Saturday evening lost his life in a ghastly motor accident.
Ogunbodede who was travelling died with his driver along Akure /Ilesha expressway while the incident happened and one other occupant was said to be in critical condition.
The identity of the person is yet to be known.
Confirming the incident, the Chief of Staff to the governor, Olugbenga Ale, said the victims were rushed to the Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa where they later died.

Akeredolu’s Chief of Protocol, driver feared dead in auto crash

Anxiety enveloped Ondo state this morning over the reported auto crash said to have claimed the lives of the Chief of Protocol to governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state, Mr Tosin Ogunbodede and his driver.
The duo reportedly died in a crash along Ilesha Road at about 9:15 pm on Saturday.
They were reportedly rushed to the Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa, Osun state where they were confirmed dead.
Reports from government circle said that doctors at the hospital were still battling to safe the life of the third occupant whose identity is still unknown. He reportedly sustained various degrees of injuries in the crash.
