How to get on the Covid-19 vaccine reserve list in the Vale THE Cardiff and Vale University Health Board have created a standby reserve list which allows patients to obtain a Covid-19 vaccine. The reserve list is for people who are prepared to be contacted at short notice for a jab if one becomes available. This week Wales became the first country in the UK where more than half the population has received a vaccination against Covid-19. A total of 1,587,851 people have had their first doses - which is 50.4 per cent of the total population. And more than one-in-six people - 16.7 per cent or 528,199 in total - had by the end of Monday, April 12, completed the two-dose vaccine course.
