Sunday, RTÉ One, 6.30pm You just know Christmas is well and truly over when all the fitness programmes bound onto the schedules, guilting you into getting off the sofa and getting back in shape for the new year. And just to make us all feel like useless couch potatoes, a new series of Ireland’s Fittest Family gets off the starting block, when 16 superfit families gather at Hell & Back in Kilruddery, Co Wicklow to begin a gruelling test of endurance that will push viewers to the edge of their seats.
Martin s also known for his role in Line of Duty But she soon discovers that the fictitious case study has a strikingly similar and shocking link to her past. As Emma s sleuthing takes her into darker corners and unpicks more and more secrets, it becomes clear that she should trust no-one.
Other stars in the show include Laurie Brett, Morayo Akandé, John Gordon Sinclair, Joana Borja, Anna Leong Brophy and Neve McIntosh.

We finally know when we can watch crime thriller
Traces.
The first series – which originally aired on UKTV s Alibi in late 2019 – is set to launch on BBC One in early 2021.
The series boasts a stellar cast and creative team, including best-selling crime writer Val McDermid. Traces is an emotionally-driven murder mystery that focuses on three women working together at the Scottish Institute of Forensic Science.
